Acceptable Use Policy — Velynx

Users accessing the Velynx platform agree to use services lawfully, responsibly, and ethically.

Users may not engage in activities that disrupt platform operations, compromise infrastructure security, violate laws, abuse systems, exploit vulnerabilities, distribute malicious software, conduct fraudulent activities, impersonate individuals or organizations, or misuse platform services for unauthorized purposes.

The use of automated attacks, scraping systems, unauthorized penetration attempts, spam distribution, harmful code deployment, or abusive activity is strictly prohibited.

Velynx reserves the right to suspend, restrict, investigate, or terminate accounts that violate this Acceptable Use Policy or create operational, legal, reputational, or security risks for the platform or its users.

Users remain solely responsible for all activities conducted through their accounts and interactions with the platform.
