## Terms of Service — Velynx

These Terms of Service govern access to and use of the Velynx platform, website, services, systems, reports, recommendations, digital infrastructure, and all associated business intelligence solutions.

By accessing the Velynx platform, users agree to comply with these terms, conditions, policies, and applicable laws. If a user does not agree with any portion of these terms, they should discontinue use of the platform immediately.

Velynx provides strategic business intelligence services that may include growth analysis, competitor research, optimization systems, branding recommendations, conversion analysis, digital infrastructure guidance, consulting services, and business scaling support. All services are provided on a strategic and informational basis.

Users are responsible for ensuring that all information submitted to Velynx is accurate, lawful, and authorized. Users agree not to misuse the platform, interfere with systems, attempt unauthorized access, exploit vulnerabilities, distribute malicious content, impersonate others, or use the platform in violation of any applicable law or regulation.

Certain services offered by Velynx may require payments, subscriptions, retainers, or project-based agreements. Users agree to complete all required payments according to the agreed billing terms. Subscription services may renew automatically unless canceled before the next billing cycle.

Velynx reserves the right to modify, suspend, reject, limit, or discontinue services at any time without prior notice where necessary for operational, legal, security, or business reasons.

All platform materials including reports, branding systems, frameworks, recommendations, dashboards, graphics, strategies, written content, intellectual property, trademarks, designs, systems, and proprietary methodologies remain the property of Velynx unless otherwise agreed in writing.

While Velynx aims to provide high-quality recommendations and strategic insights, business success depends on numerous external factors beyond our control. Therefore, Velynx does not guarantee revenue growth, profitability, market success, investment outcomes, customer acquisition results, or specific business performance metrics.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Velynx shall not be held liable for indirect losses, financial losses, operational interruptions, lost revenue, lost opportunities, reputational damages, or third-party platform failures arising from the use of our services.

Users acknowledge that all strategic decisions, implementation actions, investments, operational choices, and business activities remain their sole responsibility.

Continued use of the Velynx platform constitutes acceptance of these Terms of Service.
